UMODZI Consulting consultants facilitated Business plan development workshops, capacity building training workshops in financial management, marketing, negotiations, leadership, conflict resolution

UMODZI also facilitated the registration of Milk Bulking Groups, Farmers Associations to cooperatives through providing expertise, linking the milk bulking groups to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

We also assisted in mentorship and coaching in the areas of financial management, farmer group registration, leadership and management. This aspect helped the cooperative and farmer organisations to be sustainable in their business activities.

UMODZI Consulting further assisted the farmers-based organisations along the value chains of Rice and Cassava on how they can work with the private business to enhance the supply chain.
